ISM GROUP and HANWHA Q CELLS grid connect 4.5 MW solar plant in Germany
The ISM Group and Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH have commissioned a 4.5 MW solar power plant in the town of Eckolstädt in the Saaleplatte district of Thuringia, Germany.
The ground-mounted system comprises 16,928 Q CELLS brand solar modules and will produce enough sustainable electricity to power approximately 1,600 homes.
The project took the ISM Group from Bitterfeld just 3 months to develop, construct and grid connect. The solar module manufacturer Hanwha Q CELLS, whose Technology & Quality HQ is located in Thalheim, in the district of Bitterfeld, supplied the solar modules for the farm.
The plant in Eckolstädt is already the 7th solar power plant for which the ISM Group has partnered with Hanwha Q CELLS as their module provider.
