Sunny Celebrations At Jännersdorf Solar Park

News

Parabel AG has concluded supply contracts for modules with a total output of 40 MW with three different manufacturers. 25.6 MW are coming from Trina and are earmarked for the southern construction site. The three northern construction sites at the Jännersdorf solar park are being equipped with modules from Suntech (9.6 MW) and Hareon (5.3 MW).

"Despite the extremely tight schedule, we're not compromising on our high quality requirements. Therefore, in terms of the modules, we are very pleased to have found three partners who stand for reliability and excellent product standards," says Holger Ruletzki, CEO of Parabel AG and responsible for procurement activities. That also applies to all the other components. "We have already been working closely together with Schletter in the field of mounting systems and Siemens on the inverter side for years. Around 1,900 decentralised Siemens Sinvert PVM 20 inverters are being installed at the Jännersdorf solar park," adds Ruletzki.

The installation is now in full swing: module tables are being erected, inverters installed and modules screwed in and cabled from dawn to dusk. Up to 100 installers and contractors are now working on the site, since the solar park is due to be completed by 30 June 2012.

In order to thank them for their extraordinary efforts, Parabel is holding a large barbecue party at the solar park for all the staff from the companies involved in the construction.
