ET Solar Supplies 7.2 MW Of PV Modules To A Project In Hawaii

ET Solar Group Corp. ("ET Solar"), has announced the delivery of 7.2 MW PV modules to Helix Electric, a national electrical contractor, for a utility project on Kauai, Hawaii.

ET Solar supplied 7.2 MW of PV modules for the Port Allen Solar Farm which is owned by Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company, a subsidiary of Alexander and Baldwin, a premier Hawaii real estate and land developing company dedicated to the agriculture sector. Power generated from the power plant will be sold to Kauai Island Utility Cooperative under a 20-year power purchase agreement. This is the largest PV installation on the island to date.

Mr. Dennis She, President and Chief Executive Officer of ET Solar, commented: "We are very pleased with our business relationship with a strong industry participant like Helix Electric. We are also very proud that we are the key equipment supplier of the largest PV project in the region. The significant transaction size demonstrates the growing demand and strong interest for our high quality module products as we strengthen our footprint in the burgeoning Hawaiian PV market."
