Intersolar North America opens to international solar leaders

Intersolar North America has opened their doors to an expected 20,000 attendees in San Francisco. More than 580 exhibitors span the 130,000 net square feet and all three levels of the Moscone West Hall.

"International solar businesses look to Intersolar North America to provide them with the latest trends, up-to-date market information, and ample opportunities to connect with other businesses across the globe," said Markus Elsaesser, CEO Solar Promotion International GmbH. "Our focus in developing conference tracks and accompanying programs is to address the major discussion topics happening now within the solar industry, which assists solar professionals with the current and expected issues they will face in the market."

Co-located with SEMICON West and co-organized with PV Group, the global photovoltaic initiative of SEMI, Intersolar North America presents more than 700 solar exhibitors at both locations from 26 countries worldwide.

More than 250 conference speakers are participating in over 30 conference tracks. Panel sessions and presentations will be hosted by leading solar professionals covering topics across all aspects of the solar industry. These tracks aim to facilitate an exchange of knowledge and provide critical details on the state of the industry.

Additionally, the accompanying programs featured in the exhibition hall at Moscone West will continue to provide attendees with opportunities to hear about innovative new technologies, best practices and more. Accompanying programs include Innovation Exchange presentations, Intersolar AWARD Hall of Fame exhibit, and the Job & Career Forum.

"Intersolar North America provides companies and individuals with the opportunity to meet and hear about other's experiences across international solar markets," said Klaus W. Seilnacht, CEO of FMMI and Intersolar North America co-organizer. "By learning from other solar professionals across the industry, solar professionals, developing markets and the global solar market as a whole can benefit."
