Taiwanese Minister Of Energy Visits European Thin-Film PV Module Producer
Inventux Technologies AG welcomes Taiwanese Delegation
Inventux Technologies AG welcomed Taiwanese Minister of Energy H.E. Mr. Chi-Yuan LIANG along with his delegation at its production site in Berlin this week. Together with the Minister of Environment Mr. Shu-Hung SHEN, the representative of Taipei in Berlin Dr. Wu-Lien WEI and other high-ranking Taiwanese political and economic leaders, the Minister caught up with technology leader Inventux on its successful marketing of micromorph thin-film PV modules.
The twenty members of the delegation were greeted by Mr. Volko Löwenstein, CEO of Inventux, and Chief Technology Officer Mr. Roland Sillmann. After a brief presentation, by the Berlin-based solar company, a lively discussion commenced, focusing on the importance of regional production, proprietary research and development as well as cooperation with leading universities institutions of research within the solar sector. The Minister also undertook a tour of the factory, in which Inventux adheres to the highest quality standards in producing its non-toxic micromorph PV modules.
The CEO of the Inventux Technologies AG, Volko Löwenstein states: "We are very pleased about the interest shown in our company and our strategy. As the technology leader for micromorph thin-film modules with true brand awareness and a strong sales force in Europe and northern Africa, the exchange of information with the Taiwanese energy and economic elite is very valuable to us. Asia has long since become a trendsetting market for the solar industry as well. We look forward to continuing the dialogue with the delegation from Taipei."
The Taiwanese delegation has been travelling around Germany since Sunday, the 13th of February, on invitation of the German Institute Tapei. Energy supplied by renewables is one topical focuses of the trip. In this context, Inventux Technologies AG acts as a representative for the German solar industry.
