Solarstrom AG sells four photovoltaic systems
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG has sold four photovoltaic systems installed in 2012 and with a total capacity of 15.1 MWp to a German institutional investor. The purchase contracts are subject to the usual conditions precedent. The transaction has a volume in the double-digit million range. A roof-top system with 740 kWp and a ground-mounted system with 2.5 MWp are located in Mauna (Saxony), another ground-mounted system with 1.8 MWp in Vahldorf (Saxony-Anhalt) and a ground-mounted system with 10.1 MWp in Jueterbog (Brandenburg). S.A.G. Solarstrom AGis a manufacturer-independent provider of photovoltaic plants configured to customers' individual needs. The Group constructs plants of all sizes both in Germany and abroad. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG also produces solar energy at its own plants.
