GCL announces name change and personal shake up
The Company Board of GCL have announced that with effect from 9 May 2014, the English name of
the Company has been changed to GCL New Energy Holdings Limited and has been adopted as the secondary name of the Company. The Company is currently taking steps, including but not limited to carrying out all necessary filing procedures with the Companies
The company has also announced that the Outgoing Company Directors have resigned as Company Directors. As approved by the recent Company Shareholders at the Company SGM new directors have been announced.
They announced that Mr. Yip has resigned as the Chairman of the Company Board and Mr. Tang Cheng has been appointed as the Chairman and President of the Company Board with
Mr. Zhu Gongshan appointed as the Honorary Chairman of the Company Board.
