Array Technologies adds CFO as Growth Continues

News

Array Technologies, Inc. (ATI), global provider solar tracking systems, has announced that Bob Bellemare has formally joined the company as chief financial officer.

Bellemare brings thirty years of strategic business experience in the electric utility industry. Immediately before joining ATI, Bellemare consulted on acquisitions, engineering, business planning, financing and structure issues for leading utility companies as COO of Mykrobel, LLC.  Prior to that, Bellemare was CEO, CFO, COO and Managing Director at UtiliPoint International, Inc that ultimately resulted in an IPO with the parent company growing to over $150 million in revenues while expanding into Europe and Brazil. He was also Managing Director of CSW Energy Services and an executive co-lead on the AEP-CSW merger.

Bellemare, in his new position, will be responsible for leading ATI's strategic financial operations and supporting global initiatives as the company targets new, fast-growing solar energy markets by consistently providing the best levelized cost of electricity through technology innovation.

"We are ecstatic to announce Bob Bellemare as chief financial officer for Array Technologies, Inc.," said Ron Corio, founder and CEO of ATI. "His hands-on business knowledge, strong combination of skills, and experience will be an important addition to our team as we execute a strategy of extending our brand into the future, including into emerging international markets."

"As an electric utility and solar industry veteran it is exciting to see solar becoming a real economic choice for utilities," explained Bellemare. "I'm thrilled to join the company that is the clear market leader in one of the most critical components of large-scale solar projects that has helped make solar's competitiveness a reality."

Bellemare holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a certified business appraiser (CBA), certified valuation analyst (CVA), and a professional engineer (PE), and has authored numerous articles carried by industry press, including Forbes Magazine.
