JSR Announce New Chairman And President
Materials specialist JSR has announced changes to key positions in the company
JSR has announced that at the Board of Directors Meeting held on February 2, 2009, it has been resolved that Mr. Yoshinori Yoshida, currently President of JSR Corporation, will be promoted to Chairman of the Board and Mr. Mitsunobu Koshiba, currently Executive Managing Director, will succeed the position of President of JSR Corporation effective from April 1, 2009.
Mr. Koshiba, 53 years old, joined JSR in 1981, became Director in 2004, and Executive Managing Director in 2008. He took assignment in USA as Executive Vice President of JSR Micro Inc. for 12 years from 1990 through 2002 and currently responsible for Fine Chemicals Sector and Environmental and Safety Affairs.
