MECASOLAR initiated legal proceedings seeking damages for the ET Solar Groups
The OPDE Group and MECASOLAR informs its clients, suppliers
and the solar market in general that its commercial relations with the ET Solar
Group have terminated.
Accordingly, the ET Solar Group is not entitled to use the
name, brand, trademarks, technology or commercial track record of the OPDE
Group or of MECASOLAR in the commercialization of tracker or any other
products.
The OPDE Group and MECASOLAR have initiated appropriate legal proceedings seeking
damages for the ET Solar Group's wrongful use of our name, brand, trademarks
and technology.
