ET Solar Begins 10 MW PV Plant Construction In Germany

News

ET Solar Group Corp. has announced construction of a 10 MW ground-mounted PV power plant in Germany. ET Solutions AG, ET Solar's wholly-owned subsidiary, is awarded as the EPC contractor for a 10 MW PV project that is located in the town of Gefell in Thuringia. The project is about 180 kilometers west of Dresden, Germany. ET Solar also provides solar modules for this project. The construction has been started and is targeted to be complete before June 30th.

This solar power plant is the largest single project that ET Solutions has so far been awarded. It is invested by the Cologne-based Wattner AG, for which ET Solutions is constructing other 12.6 MW ground-mounted projects in parallel.

Dr. Linhui, Sui, head of ET Solutions, commented: "The winning of such a flagship project further demonstrates the strength and advantage for being a down-stream oriented, vertically-integrated solution provider for solar modules, EPC service, and project finance."

Mr. Guido Ingwer, Managing Partner of Wattner, added: "We are glad about investing in yet another project with ET Solutions, and we are looking forward to realizing more projects from the Wattner project pipeline."
