Alfa Solar joins insolvency list
The solar industry in Germany for some time is in dangerous waters. The insolvencies of several well-known companies have made headlines in recent months and this development now affects the company alfasolar GmbH. On 24 April 2013 the management has decided to file for insolvency.
By order of 26.04.2013, the County Court Hanover appointed reorganization expert Manuel Sack from the law office Brinkmann & Partner for preliminary insolvency administrator, who will accompany the continuation of the company with immediate effect.
Production and business operations will be continued. The company is able to deliver. Customers and suppliers can get in touch with their usual contacts at any time.
The management and the employees of alfasolar extensively will use the next time to successfully reposition the company for the future. They hope for support from their customers and suppliers.
