Nizam and Powerway develop JVs for Pakistan market
Nizam Energy and Powerway have signed a cooperation agreement with a long-term perspective to jointly develop the photovoltaic market of over 1 GW in Pakistan and the Middle East. Nizam Energy is a wholesaler, distributor and Integrator of solar systems and components in Pakistan. Powerway is a solar farm builder with a presence in Japan, South Africa, South East Asia and Middle East
The cooperation between Nizam Energy and Powerway will facilitate one-stop solution for solar PV projects in Pakistan and the Middle East region .
With the strategic partnership agreement signed, both parties agree to set up two JVs , JV-Pakistan is a company focusing on engineering and construction contract, while JV-Dubai will handle procurement and sourcing service, and project financing..Both parties will work together to design and promote a commercial package solution to Independent Power Producer (IPP) and solar farm developers in Pakistan and Middle East market. Powerway China will help to transplant OA (Office Administration system) and ERP system to JV-Pakistan so that in future, both parties can have instant access to the operation system.
