Nordwest Industries acquires Mounting Systems
Nordwest Industrie Group (NWI), has acquired the racking systems developer and manufacturer Mounting Systems. The transaction was completed on 01.02.14 and includes all substantial assets and all international subsidiaries. With the takeover Nordwest Industrie Group secures 180 jobs, approx. 150 in Rangsdorf / Brandenburg and another 30 jobs in West Sacramento, USA.

"With our strong international setup in sales, production and supply chain Mounting Systems fits perfectly into the organizational structures of Nordwest Industrie Group and will be also in the future a reliable partner for its customers."
The new owner will continue Mounting Systems business and develop new growth markets. "It is our goal to further pursue Mounting Systems' successful business strategy and to explore new target groups", said Bernd Petrat, Managing Director of Nordwest Industrie Group. "More than 20 years of know how in the development, manufacturing and sales of racking systems for solar installations is the optimal basis to do so."
