Phoenix Solar To Build Singapore Array

News

Phoenix Solar Pte Ltd, the Singapore based subsidiary of Phoenix Solar AG  has been commissioned to plan, deliver and build a 1.2 MWp rooftop solar photovoltaic system. Client and building owner is Katoen Natie Singapore ("KNS") the local subsidiary of the international logistics group Katoen Natie, headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

The photovoltaic system will be installed on one of KNS's warehouses located at Jurong island. Upon completion 4'752 REC crystalline solar modules and 51 SMA string inverters will generate approximately 1'500 megawatt hours of solar electricity per year. This will mitigate around 750 metric tonnes of CO2 per year from gas-fired power plants.
