Array Technologies Names New Director of Sales

Array Technologies, Inc. (ATI) has appointed Michael Orshan as its new director of sales, where he will head up the division for the market-leading manufacturer of solar tracking systems.

With over 35 years' experience, Orshan has held a variety of leadership roles across the telecommunications and solar manufacturing industries. Before coming to ATI, he served for 4 years as the solar sales director for the electronics company P4Q. Past experience includes creating the solar sales department for U.K. tech firm Cobham and being appointed by former Governor Bill Richardson as the director of science and technology for the State of New Mexico, where he oversaw its renewable energy initiatives.

In his new position, Orshan will be responsible for leading both the ATI sales team and strategy domestically while overseeing efforts to expand into fast-developing solar markets abroad.

His wealth of business experience and familiarity with the solar industry and its players make him uniquely qualified to fulfill ATI's goal of delivering high-quality and innovative solar solutions to customers.

"My objective is to increase global awareness around the most reliable solar tracker product in the world and continue to increase ATI's market penetration as this exciting industry grows," explained Orshan.

"Array Technologies has gained a valuable solar industry veteran in Michael Orshan," said ATI founder and CEO, Ron Corio. "Michael's vast experience in the renewable energy sector will allow him to thrive in his new role and propel us towards future success."

New Mexico's former Gov. Bill Richardson says, "Congratulations to Michael. I am proud that policies made during my term as Governor have allowed companies like Array Technologies to grow and make a significant contribution to our energy generation mix."
