SolarMax group started a hotline for Europe and service in Germany and Switzerland


SolarMax has set up a five-language hotline for its customers throughout Europe. From now on the hotline staff in Bavaria supervises all requests competently in English, German, Italian, Spanish and French.

 SolarMax customers from Germany and from Switzerland with defect string inverter can also approach to the SolarMax Service GmbH in Annaberg-Buchholz (Sachsen) or to the Sputnik International AG in Salez (Sankt Gallen). The service employees do exchange with devises of serials C, S, P, MT, and HT within 2 to 5 Days.

On demand, the exchange for a replacement with a higher efficiency and more communication features is possible.

In course of the insolvent manufacturer Sputnik Engineering, the investment company RenerVest, which specializes in renewable energy, had taken over the two service locations.

SolarMax is building service network throughout Europe

Repair operations of central inverters in Germany will be steered by the headquarters of the SolarMax group SolarMax Sales & Service GmbH in the Bavarian town Ellzee. Customers from Switzerland with central inverters will be supervised of the SolarMax International AG.

" We are pleased that we can once again offer a competent hotline for all questions about SolarMax inverters and monitoring solutions the former Sputnik customers", says the managing director Mathias Mader. "Till end of this year, we will expand our powerful service network further, so we can support all SolarMax customers of all European countries with on-site repair or replacement service by 2016."
