Enolia solar systems to install 1.5MW SolarEdge harvesting system

SolarEdge Technologies  is expanding its activity in Greece, announcing a partnership with Enolia Solar Systems SA, a leading Greek company active in the development of PV projects, trading of PV solar equipment and design and implementation of rooftop applications in the rapidly developing PV markets of Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. The SolarEdge power harvesting solution includes PowerBoxes, which are module integrated power optimizers, solar inverters and a module‐level PV monitoring portal. This solution enables production of up to 25% more energy from any PV installation, while reducing costs and complexities.

With local feed in tariff incentives for installation of rooftop systems and solar farms, the Greek PV market is fast growing. The distributed architecture of the SolarEdge solution allows Installers and system owners of all system types to benefit from constraint‐free design and optimal site‐area utilization, as well as real‐time module‐level monitoring for improved maintenance at reduced cost. The SolarEdge solution is complete with built‐in enhanced safety mechanisms, high reliability and extraordinary warranty, which all contribute to faster return on investment.

"The SolarEdge solution is particularly beneficial for the Greek market," said Charilaos Mitrelias, General Director of Enolia Solar Systems. "Home owners can enjoy module level optimization of their PV systems for maximum power production at all times, in addition to the highly efficient PV inverter and improved maintenance through the monitoring portal - all from one vendor."
