Despatch Industries receives large Firing Furnace order from LDK Solar
Despatch Industries, a technology and equipment provider for the solar industry, has received a large quantity order of metallization firing furnaces from LDK Solar. LDK Solar is the world's largest manufacturer of multicrystalline solar wafers and polysilicon and photovoltaic products. LDK will be utilizing the Despatch equipment in the company's most recent production expansion project.

"We are very pleased to work with LDK Solar on their latest manufacturing line expansions," states Steve Oman, Despatch Global Sales Director. "The solar cell manufacturing growth in China continues to drive demand for our firing furnaces. The quality of our equipment, our innovative technology and our customer support make Despatch the first choice supplier to the world's top solar manufacturing companies."

Despatch's CF Series and UltraFlex(TM) metallization firing furnaces remain the number one selection among global solar cell manufacturers. In the last year, Despatch has seen a surge in demand for its firing furnaces from solar manufacturing companies in China. This heightened demand has driven Despatch to achieve record-setting sales in China. Worldwide, Despatch has reached over 27GW of total firing furnace production orders.

"We chose Despatch equipment for our rapid capacity expansion projects because Despatch is an industry leader that supports our performance and production capacity goals," states Dr. Yuepeng Wan, LDK Chief Technology Officer.
