ET Solar Agrees With USE

ET Solar announced a 40MW module supply agreement with USE for 2011
ET Solar Group Corp announced an annual framework agreement with USE Umwelt Sonne Energie GmbH (“USE”). Under this agreement, ET Solar will supply 40MW mono and multi-crystalline modules to USE in 2011. Headquartered close to Stuttgart, Germany, USE is a large PV product distributor and system integrator with over three-year cooperation with ET Solar. As one of the most reliable strategic partners of ET Solar in Germany, USE has achieved a very strong 2010 with a significant business growth.
 
“We are very excited with the fourth annual supply agreement that we entered into with USE. The agreement further strengthens strategic alliances and enhances the competitive positions for both ET Solar and USE in German and other European PV markets,” Mr. Dennis She, Chief Executive Officer of ET Solar, said, “Over the past years, ET Solar and USE grew and weathered very volatile market conditions via a seamless partnership to achieve a very meaningful market position which shall be a very important foundation for our mutual success going forward.”
