Panelclaw Opens Innovation And Testing Lab
PanelClaw announced it has begun high volume manufacturing for its ballasted solar mounting systems at facilities across North America. The movement to high volume manufacturing enables PanelClaw to support increasing partner demand for its products. Expanded production and increased automation have pushed the company's capacity to over 550 MW in North America alone.
"We continue to execute on our strategic objectives," said Costa Nicolaou, PanelClaw President. "Moving to high volume manufacturing is indicative of the success of our products and of our commitment to delivering lowest life-cycle cost."
PanelClaw has opened a new state-of-the-art Innovation and Testing Lab at its North Andover headquarters in Massachusetts. The 5200 sq. ft. facility houses research and development operations for the company. Activities at the PanelClaw Innovation and Testing Lab will focus new product development and advanced safety and reliability testing.
"We have introduced a new product in each of the last 4 years," said Mark Gies, PanelClaw VP of Innovation and Technology, "the new lab will accelerate the development of the next generation of mounting solutions and enhance our testing and certification programs."
