Renusol Unveils Max-Density Mounting Solution

Renusol America, manufacturer of the Renusol CS60, the 'one unit per one panel' non-penetrating, ballasted mounting system, have announced the new Renusol CS60 10 Degree mounting system. The 10 Degree tilt system offers flexibility for all types of flat roof commercial system installations and is designed to maximize solar panel placement to take advantage of regulatory incentives that are based on the amount of power out put installed. Installers now have a choice between the original high efficiency Renusol CS60 with a 15 Degree tilt, for more module density, the new Renusol CS60 10 Degree tilt mounting system.

"Our CS60 has been our most popular solar mounting model because it offers many benefits unique to installing solar on a flat roof.  We decided to create this new version to offer installers more panels per row when space is limited," said Renusol America CEO Bart Leusink.

As with the Renusol CS60 15 Degree tilt system, the CS60 10 Degree features several advantages over traditional, rigid mounting systems, saving time and costs for installers, while increasing their installation capacity. The CS60 design has 23-percent fewer components and significantly reduces the cost of fasteners needed for assembly, while reducing labor costs with less time needed to fasten the modules to the CS 60 mounting system. Made completely of durable high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE), the CS60s are easily transportable and the direct PV panel to base connection eliminates the need for the customer to ground any mounting system components. The Renusol CS60 is 100% ARRA/Buy American compliant.
