SunConnex appoints new CEO
International PV distributor SunConnex has announced Steven Pleging as newly appointed Chief Executive.
Steven Pleging is well known in the PV industry following several successful management positions he fulfilled at multinational companies including Philips, Ecostream International and Colexon Energy AG.
Steven has a longstanding relationship with the owner of SunConnex, Kie Tan who believes his experience building his own consulting firm TeamSolar BV founded in 2009, will equip him well to lead SunConnex as a major distributor in multiple markets.
Kie Tan, owner of SunConnex BV, said: "We are pleased to add an expert with such experience and vision to our team. I have known Steven for years and am therefore sure he can take SunConnex up to an even more competitive level. Steven will prove himself as an experienced manager at SunConnex BV in The Netherlands but also in all other countries where SunConnex is active."
