BISOL Group To Expand Capacity

News

BISOL Group is investing extensively in modernization of its production plant to further strengthen the quality standards of its solar solutions and working processes. Automation of company's production facility will cost approximately 1.5 million euros and will be completed by the end of the year.

BISOL Group, one of the leading European based manufacturers of premium quality photovoltaic modules and other solar solutions, together with its R&D team continuously invests in developing new, innovative products, raising quality and ecology standards, and improving the working process. Huge investments in automation, totalling approximately 1.5 million euros, are being carried out in three phases and should be finalised by the end of this year. Modernisation of the company's state-of-the-art production began this summer and will increase the production capacity by almost 10 per cent. The project is not financed by any European or governmental subsidies.

With the improvements and optimization of the production process BISOL Group operates in accordance with established international quality standards ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). All BISOL solar solutions have been rigorously tested and have international certificates proving their premium quality. The company monitors quality at each stage of the production process choosing only selected, high quality and non-toxic materials. Artificial aging in a climatic chamber proves that the life span of BISOL photovoltaic modules exceeds 40 years.

Automation and optimization of the production facility will enable further development and will increase the company's international competitiveness. BISOL Group will also introduce more motor driven manipulators which will further improve already friendly working environment and make work even easier for disabled employees.
