Surpass Sun scores solar agricultural deal
Surpass Sun signed a 5.5MW solar EPC contract of agricultural greenhouse with an agricultural development company in Shanxi, China. Surpass Sun will provide service from feasibility study, application assist, grid access and acceptance inspection, and subsidies application to system design, civil works, equipment, electrical installation and other engineering construction. This project is scheduled to start on July 15 and completed by September 30.
Earlier this year, the government of China vigorously advocated and advanced the implementation of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. Integrating solar power generation with new agriculture, scientific agriculture as well as tourism is a new economic development model, which combines green energy and modern agriculture. In the first half year, the 500kW solar power generation system of vegetable greenhouse in Ezhou, Hubei which was contracted by Surpass Sun generated electricity successfully. This project integrating invertion with step-up and grid-connection is exactly the successful combination model of the green energy and green agriculture.
