OEM opens sales and service facility in Taiwan

News

OEM Group has announced the opening of a new Sales and Service office in Hsinchu, complementing its existing manufacturing facility in Taiwan, which opened in 2010.

The new office will provide for the continued improvement of the sales and service support across Asia for both existing customers and fast-growing applications required by new customers.

"In addition to our remanufacturing facility, we are pleased to announce the opening of our new Sales and Service office which will provide our customers in the region the rapid support and response they expect," says Frank Su, Director of Sales, Asia.

OEM Group is continuing to expand its LEGENDS portfolio product lines which provide new and remanufactured systems, specialised upgrades, genuine parts, certified service, software licensing, and process application development. The install base includes more than 35,000 supported systems worldwide.

Wayne Jeveli, OEM Group CEO says, "The opening of our second office in Taiwan continues the expansion of our capabilities in Asia and is key to serving customers quickly and efficiently."

Jeveli continues, "Through continuous investment and expansion, OEM Group has secured our position as the leading supplier of legacy equipment solutions. As a significant portion of our LEGENDS install base shifts from North America and Europe to new fabs throughout Asia, we are working with many new customers to help them utilise these great technologies, and giving them the complete solutions for long term equipment usage that only an OEM can provide."

OEM Group is a global manufacturer of new and remanufactured semiconductor capital equipment and upgrades focused on innovative and complete sustaining solutions for developed and emerging technologies.
